Ordering

A7: We ship orders using UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The best option for your order will be determined based on your location and the size/weight of the package.
Q8: Do you ship internationally?
A8: Yes, we offer international shipping. An additional fee of $15 plus the cost of shipping will be applied to international orders.
Q9: How long will it take to receive my order?
A9: Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business weeks after payment is processed. We also offer expedited shipping options: 1 business week for $10 extra, or 1 to 3 business days for $20 extra.
Q10: Can I track my order?
A10: Yes, once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
Returns and Exchanges
Q11: What is your return policy?
A11: Since all items are custom-made, we generally don't accept returns. However, we will gladly offer an exchange if you received the wrong item, the wrong color, size, or quantity, or if your item was damaged in shipping.
Q12: What if my item arrives damaged?
A12: Please contact us by email at mattscustom3dprints@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving your order. To process your claim, we'll need photos of the damaged item, the original packaging material, and the shipping box. Please also include your name, order number, and a description of the damage.
Q13: Are all items non-returnable?
A13: All custom-made items are non-returnable except in cases where the item is incorrect or damaged in transit.

Q14: What 3D printing materials and colors do you offer?
A14: We offer a variety of materials, including PLA, ABS, ASA, and PETG. These materials are available in several colors: white, black, silver, yellow, red, blue, green, burnt titanium, and rose quartz.
Q15: How long does it take to complete a 3D printing order?
A15: Most 3D printing orders are completed and shipped within 1 to 2 business weeks.
